TL;DR
TL;DR
The NU, a B2B2C longevity startup, lacked systematic user feedback - decisions were opinion-based with limited user understanding. I led the design and implementation of a feedback engine that enabled outcome-driven planning. This allowed us to validate assumptions early, stop low-value features before development, and cultivate a more rigorous product culture.

I led the execution, partnering with our Head of Product for mentorship, decision framing, and opportunity mapping. Together we aligned stakeholders and embedded the rituals.

First, I utilised the existing feedback..
Affinity mapping, building an opportunity tree and a Notion database off of it.

...created an opportunity tree...
Based on feedback we already had and around the business north star metric, I built an opportunity tree and created a Notion database from it.

...and started building feedback loops!
A loop at the time, patiently and steadily

01 Sales calls
Capturing prospect insights from sales calls and meeting every other week with our Head of Product and sales team.
03 In-app feedback
Building an in-app feedback form to capture user input. [WIP]

04 On-demand interviews and questionnaires
Validating concepts with client interviews before committing to larger initiatives.

05 Continuous interviews
Establishing an ongoing interview cadence to maintain direct user connection. [WIP]
